Delivery/Shipping Policy
• Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days).
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM EST.
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
For all Convenient Auto-Ship JL Skincare Systems a S&H charge of 9.99 will be added to your order.
We’re sorry; we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• A duplicate order was placed.
• Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Jl Skincare orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available for your Jl Skincare Online package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.
1st Class Mail USPS –
• Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.
• Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order’s ship date.
Priority Mail –
• 2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
• 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date.
• We’re sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
• 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Service –
• Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.
• We’re sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
• Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
• Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 PM EST.
• Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, JL Skincare Online cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
• Overnight or 2nd Day Service is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes and certain locations in Alaska.

Some items sold by JL Skincare Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At JL Skincare Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
